Bill Elder is the Founder and Managing Director of Elder Technical Rescue Services LLC. He has 19 years of experience in the safety and technical rescue fields, and has worked in a wide variety of industries, including, public safety, construction, pharmaceuticals, and the energy industry (fossil fuel, hydroelectric, and nuclear power plants).

Bill's real-world experience comes from serving or having served with multiple fire companies, industrial rescue teams, urban search and rescue teams, and hazardous materials response teams over the course of his career.

Bill is a third generation U.S. Air Force veteran. He earned a Master of Science Degree in Emergency Services Management and Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University. He lives in Delaware County, PA with his beautiful wife, daughter, stepson, and two wiener dogs.
